Freestyle Furniture has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices for this website: freestylefurniture.com. Your IP address is used to help identify you and your shopping cart. Our site uses an order form for customers to request information and products. We collect visitors' contact information (email address, phone number, shipping address, etc.) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders to our customers. The customer's contact information is used to get in touch with the customer if and when necessary. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for their purchases.
Your name and the information you provide to us will never be sold or used for any other purpose. We will not provide your personal information to any other company.

Secure online transactions:

This site has security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. A secure server handles all online transactions at Freestyle Furniture. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form then decoded when it gets to us.

Shipping & Delivery:

Freestyle Furniture maintains a fully stocked distribution center and most items are on hand for immediate national delivery. Occasionally an item may be temporarily sold out. Items that are out of stock are clearly indicated on the product description page where customers are given the option to receive an E-mail from us when the item becomes available. Please take advantage of this service since items are usually only unavailable for brief periods. Freestyle Furniture will always attempt to ship your order the same day it is received however, it can take up to three business days to process an order especially during busy holiday and back-to-school periods. Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Shipping is provided through UPS Ground service and Common Carrier only. Although many orders will arrive sooner, please allow the standard 7 to 10 business days for UPS Ground delivery and 7 to 15 business days for Common Carrier delivery (do not count weekends). The majority of orders are shipped via UPS Ground however those few items showing this truck symbol:
shipped by common carrier truck on the product description page, are shipped via common carrier. We use common carrier services when items are too heavy and/or too large to ship via UPS. Please allow 7 to 15 business days for Common Carrier deliveries. The Common Carrier will typically contact you in advance to schedule your delivery time and date. Your order will be delivered to the CURBSIDE of your residence. If no one is at your home for your scheduled delivery, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $75.00 for every missed appointment. Please be sure to have someone over the age of 18 present to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has provided to you. If your home is not accessible to the delivery truck, we will assist in arranging for the transport of your merchandise to the nearest accessible point and it will be your responsibility to provide a means of transportation from the truck to your home.

Trucking companies using a 20 to 40 foot trailer truck perform common carrier deliveries. The service includes a courtesy call prior to delivery to schedule an appointment delivery window that is convenient for you. This service is dockside or sidewalk delivery. The trucking company will unload the merchandise, but will not bring the product inside homes or businesses. Since a few of our items are heavy, you may want to consider getting someone to help bring the products into your home or office. Another solution, when possible, is to open the box outside, and bring individual components in one at a time. A signature is required at time of delivery by someone over the age of 18. Common carrier deliveries are made Mondays through Fridays only.

In the Event of Damage or Defects:

BEFORE you sign the delivery receipt, it is your right to inspect the packaging and contents immediately for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please be aware that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear. If you discover concealed damage after the driver leaves and you have signed the delivery receipt, you MUST notify us by e-mail at parts@freestylefurniture.com within three (3) calendar days.
If damage is not noted at time of delivery you may face significant delays and additional expense to correct the damage. Inspecting your order and noting any damage at the time of delivery will correct the problem at no additional expense to you. NOTE: It is your responsibility to note on your signed delivery copy any damage or defects with your furniture at the time of delivery. In the event your furniture needs replacement part(s) due to either a manufacturer’s defect or freight damage, we will send you replacement part(s) at no additional expense. If replacement parts are unavailable, we will gladly refund your purchase in full. Please call us for assistance. Charges:

Please note your credit card will be billed when you place your order. Sales tax is charged on orders shipping within California at a rate of 8%. Sales tax is not applied to orders shipped outside of California.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund on any item returned to us in original carton within 30 days of purchase.

All items are warranted against defect. Every effort will be made to replace any missing or damaged parts or, if needed, a complete replacement will be sent.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the item, at your expense, within 30 days.

To avoid any restocking charges the product must be returned complete, in the original carton, for credit. To ensure that you are properly credited, please contact us so we may issue a Return Authorization number (RA #). We do not accept returns without an RA number. Returns are processed within 10 days of receipt, and refunds are credited or mailed within 2 weeks of processing.
